Dr. Nick Plowman has received the following letters from patients, thanking him for his care.
Personal data has been removed from the letters.
Dear Dr Plowman,
Greetings once again from an old patient of yours. You may not remember me but I do, and shall remain indebted to you for the excellent radiation and chemo treatment I received under your supervision at Cromwell hospital in 1993. I remain in reasonably good health, and to God almighty, I owe my life to you! May God bless you and grant you every happiness.
Kindest Regards.
Dear Dr Plowman,
We are grateful and thank you very much from our soul because during all these three years you cared very much with our little …………… and you have shown a lot of interest, with a lot of love, patience and professionalism in many painful therapies we felt safe near you and warm.
With all our love family.
Dear Dr Plowman and Team,
We can’t thank you enough for the care and attention you gave …… over the last few months of his life. This has been a very difficult time for our family, but it could have been much worse without your dedication and expertise. My family and I are truly grateful for the level of care you were able to administer to …….. But, we are also grateful for the time you took to talk with us to help us understand our options.
Thank you again sincerely
Dear Dr. Plowman,
It was a pleasure to meet you last week even tough the circumstances were not good at all but just to know, that you have been caring for our father made us feel safe & know he was in the best hands. We really want to thank you, your team and the Cromwell Hospital for all your wonderful work and making it all very emotional and beautiful and we could not have asked for a better environment than the one we got. Palliative care were absolutely amazing but of course that goes for all the other nurses and doctors who were also there to help and support us and for being by my father’s side during his time in hospital. The death of our father was certainly not something we were imagining happening so soon & so quick however we could not have asked for a more peaceful and hopefully painless death – he did not do hospital beds very well! We had a wonderful cremation service for him on Friday 26th July and his is now truly resting in peace.
Many thanks again for your care and very warm regards”
Dear Dr Plowman,
There are no words to thank you enough for the treatment so far. I hope you will enjoy this champagne over the festive season, as I will be raising a glass to you and your team. Hope you have a wonderful Christmas.
Kkindest regards.
Dear Dr Plowman,
I would like to express my gratitude for your agreeing to take me after my local hospital had said there was no treatment for me except massive doses of 2 chemotherapy drugs. Two weeks ago I finished 3 weeks of chemo- and radiotherapy I have been nothing short of a miracle. I am gradually improving after 2 years of trauma, whilst I am writing I would like to say how kind and efficient you have been.
Thank you again
